Cartoon : Somalia from transition to transition
No justification to ratify the constitution
On one side are the two Sharifs of Somalia TFG begging for safety beyond August 2012 . On the other side are Meles of Ethiopia and Kibaki of Kenya , the two most beneficiaries of the turmoil in Somalia - not mentioning the main contractor and the head of the US proxy war - Yoweri Museveni of Uganda .
