RNW- By Eric Beauchemin - Training in a war zone – that’s what two Somali athletes have had to deal with. But as some measure of stability returns to Mogadishu, they’re now preparing to run for glory rather than for their lives.

Zamzam Mohamed Farah will compete in the women's 400 metres and Mohamed Mohamed Hassan will take part in the men's 1,500 metres at the upcoming Olympic Games in London. Their coach is realistic about their chances, hoping at the best for silver or bronze. But he promises, “at the next Olympics, we’ll be going for gold”.
