Mohamed Nassir was stopped on October 14 last year by police in Lampton Road, Hounslow. When officers searched him they found 10 wraps of heroin and 15 of cocaine in his pocket.
The 25-year-old, of White City Estate, Shepherd's Bush, was convicted at Kingston Crown Court of two counts of possession to supply class A drugs and one count of affray, relating to an incident on March 8 last year.
He was sentenced at the court on January 16 to 28 months imprisonment for the drugs offences and eight months for affray, to run consecutively.
PC John Taylor, of Hounslow Crime Squad, said: "Once again the actions of officers from the Hounslow Crime Squad have lead to the arrest, investigation and successful prosecution of a person responsible for dealing drugs.
"This should go some way to show those responsible for dealing drugs within Hounslow that their actions won't be tolerated and when put before the courts they should expect lengthy custodial sentences."
