British director jailed for foreign bribes on fake ballot papers for Kenya ,Mauritania and Somaliland

(Medeshi)- A Sussex printing firm's director has been jailed for three years after being convicted of bribing public officials in Africa to win business contracts.
Smith and Ouzman Ltd gave £400,000 in backhanders to officials in Kenya and Mauritania for deals worth £2.26m to make ballot papers.

A Woman in Somalia Supposedly Gave Birth to a Live Snake

The woman, from the Afgooye district of Mogadishu, was – understandably – said to have been quite shocked after giving birth to the legless reptile, because she was expecting two human twins. Luckily, the snake did not attack her as it left the womb; it was reportedly non-violent, like her new human son.
